- We ship from Grand Rapids, Michigan using UPS Ground for all shipments within the lower 48 states.
- For “At Once ” requests, we ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. Depending on the shipping destination, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery from Michigan.
- For “Week of” requests, we ship so that your order will arrive within the week requested.

- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require express shipping and arrive in 2 business days. Shipments to the Virgin Islands require special handling and arrive in approximately 7-10 business days. Please call for information and rates.

- In warm weather, high quality chocolates melt easily and caramel becomes sticky. Therefore, ice packs and 2-day shipping are required for all chocolate and candy items that we ship from mid-April through September.
- There is an additional charge of $10.00 per address, over and above our standard shipping rates, for orders containing these items during the warm weather months. You may enter these orders on our website, and the $10.00 charge will be added to your credit card total after your order is submitted.
