Standard Shipping - FedEx Ground

- We ship from Grand Rapids, Michigan using FedEx Ground for all shipments within the lower 48 states.
- For “At Once ” requests, we ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. Depending on the shipping destination, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery from Michigan.
- For “Week of” requests, we ship so that your order will arrive within the week requested.

We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value in our packs and baskets to ensure your package is delivered on time.
Express Shipping Options

- For "Next Day Air" requests, we ship within 1 business day from receipt of your order. Packages ship via FedEx Next Day Air and will arrive on the next scheduled delivery day.
- Next Day Air charges are calculated using the Standard Shipping Chart above plus $35.00, per address.
- For "2 Day Air" requests, we ship within 1 business day from receipt of your order. Packages ship via FedEx 2 Day Air and will arrive on the 2nd scheduled delivery day.
- 2 Day Air charges are calculated using the Standard Shipping Chart above plus $15.00, per address.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses
|
- We ship nut products only to APO and FPO addresses.
- We’re sorry, but we cannot ship candy products nor can we extend our delivery guarantees.
- Please call Customer Service at 1-800-555-9688 to place orders for shipment to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
|
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands require express shipping. Charges are calculated using the Standard Shipping Chart above plus $30.00, per address.
- We ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. Packages arrive within 2-3 business days.

- We ship to Canada. Shipping & handling charges are 3x our Standard Shipping rates, above. These charges cover additional shipping costs, fees and Canadian taxes. Express shipping is not available for Canadian shipments.
- Please note the order deadline for Christmas delivery to Canada is December 13, 2011.

Warm Weather Shipping - (April through September)
|
- In warm weather, high quality chocolates melt easily and caramel becomes sticky. Therefore, ice packs and 2-day shipping are required for all chocolate and candy items that we ship from April through September.
- There is an additional per-address charge of $5.00 (2-day Ground locations) or $15.00 (2-day Air locations), over and above our standard shipping rates, for orders containing these items during the warm weather months.
- For shipments weighing more than 24 lbs., please call Customer Service for information and rates.
