Additional Shipping Information
Substitutions: To ensure your package is delivered on time, on occasion we make substitutions within our packs and baskets. Rest assured, any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
APO/FPO: We ship nut products only to APO/FPO addresses. Items ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Large Orders: For orders weighing over 230 lbs. and shipping to one address we will ship via Common Carrier. Please call our Customer Service at 844.814.8872 for assistance with your order.
Sales Tax: Various State and local jurisdictions require that Koeze collect applicable sales tax based on the product and shipping destinations. In some cases this also means a tax on shipping charges.
Good As Gold Guarantee: You, your friends, and your family members must be absolutely delighted with everything you purchase from us. If not, we will happily replace the gift, refund the purchase price, or credit your charge card. However, guarantees are not extended on any shipments for which we have been given an incorrect address.
